the best healthy fudge!

We both have a big sweet tooth and love this as a healthy alternative! It is also super quick and easy to make and requires no cooking!!


ingredients:

- 1 cup of almond or peanut butter

- 1/2 cup of solid coconut oil

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- toppings of choice (coconut flakes, almonds, chocolate chips, ect.)


instructions:

  1. line a square baking dish with parchment paper

  2. mix together maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder (this might be hard to mix at first, but keep going)

  3. pour fudge mixture into baking dish and add toppings

  4. freeze for an hour and enjoy (because it is made with coconut oil it will melt fast so make sure you store it in the fridge or freezer)
